Monday was one hell of an experience. =]
Some girl from Pei Hwa Secondary School had seen my Freelancing makeup account on Friendster and msged me regarding her dance class needing a makeup artist for the upcoming SYF (www.singaporeyouthfestival.com). Once the teacher in charge called and discuss the charges with me, it was full swing deciding on appropriate hairstyle and makeup for them. I had to go down to the school the week before to meet the teachre & see the dance steps & costume so it can help me with decding on the makeup and hairstyles. The girls put up an awesome show. Graceful movements, fabulous choreography and they had a smile upon their face all the way through. =]
Monday was the big day. I had Mizah there to help me with the hairstyling since (as I mentioned before), she’s really good at it.
From 9am-1pm..just four hours. Me and mizah began to pick up speed so that we could finish all THIRTY girls in time and with the help of the teachers organizing the girls, we thankfully managed to finish just as their transport arrived.
Definitely a very nourishing experience. Much so like the last NDP when we did makeup for the (over 1000) dance partcipants. I’m glad that NDP events had prepared me for a rushy job. But I think it all turned out well.
The girls and teachers were very happy with the end result.. and thats all that matters =]

After attending a dear friend’s wedding at Aljunied , I rushed down to Aloha Loyang Chalets for someone’s 21st Birthday Makeup.

Two weeks back I had done makeup for this really pretty Chinese Girl,Betty. (Such a cute name. Reminds me of Betty Boop!) =p
So she had her company’s DnD and the theme was BOLLYWOOD! LOL my speciality =]
So I went to her hotel room and did her makeup and today she sent me some photo’s
