Brand Recommendations
I got quite a number of people asking me what brand of cosmetics I use, so todays post will bear a few of my favourite brands. Like I had mentioned before, I dont stick to any one particular brand. I love buying a variety of brands to mix and match.
Click on the links below the pictures for access to their website where you too can get your hands on them! =]

M.A.C Cosmetics (available in Singapore)

Urban Decay Cosmetics

Sephora (available in Singapore)

Shu Uemura (available in Singapore)

Milani Cosmetics

Makeup Store (available in Singapore)

Fyrinnae Mineral Makeup

Kryolan Cosmetics (available in Singapore)

L.A. Girl (available in Singapore)
Of course buying stuff online can cause quite abit, what with shipping and handling charges, thus these brands are the ones that I find GOOD and use on a regular basis with my clients.
There are a still many other brands I use but these are just the few I think are really good yet reasonably priced.
Hope this helps!
Thank you guys for your sweet words =]

Certificate for NDP 2006 Participation
I got a call from Cosmoprof few days back, to come down and collect my Certificate from last years NDP, when us Cosmoprof girls volunteered to help with the makeup and did up over 1000 participants.
(Read more about last years experience*here*)

I was asked if I wanted to do it again this year and I instantly agreed. WHY NOT?? It was definitely tiring as hell but worth the experience. I’m always ready to take up new challenges.
Plus it would be super to be able to catch up with my ex cosmoprof friends =]
Cant wait.. =]

World No Tobacco Day (HPB)
“World No Tobacco Day (WNTD) is celebrated around the world every year on May 31. This yearly celebration informs the public on the dangers of using tobacco, the business practices of tobacco companies, what WHO is doing to fight the tobacco epidemic, and what people around the world can do to claim their right to health and healthy living and to protect future generations…”
So in conjunction with WNTD, Kinemat together with the Health Promotion Board, had a performace/event on Saturday (2nd June). I was called up to do the makeup for 2 girls, and 2 guys.
They were to be walking around Orchard parading the bad points of smoking. 1 girl was to be a party girl, 1 to be a biker chick, 1 boy to be looking haggard and shagged out from too much smoking, and another boy to have a tobacco head gear.
Doing them up for this , was fun especially because it was for a meaningful cause.
Apparently 938Live fm was there and another Chinese local tv or radio station but I havent got much info on that too.
No pictures as yet, but I cant wait for them to update me on some of em!
