About a month back, I was invited for the grand opening of TOUCHE Elite Spa at Orchard Hotel. I was given one free trial for their new Radio Frequency Skin Rejuvenating Treatment, however I had another appointment to rush for after the spa appointment so I had a friend take my place whilst I watched the session, and was pretty darn amazed by how REFRESHED she look after the session!
It starts off with a routine skin analysis. This will help the therapist to choose a suitable treatment according to your skin type.

The therapist removes your makeup, and uses a cleansing milk followed by eye gel to sooth your skin.
Next, a luscious shoulder scrub. By this time, my friend is already in deep slumber with the soothing music being played. Oh the envy!
The therapist whips out a cool device, next step: Micro Peel! This helps remove your dead skin cells.
The therapist then begins to work on your nose and forehead, removing your black and white heads. This step is prooven to be done easily cuz of the previous step where the micropeel acts as a steamer for the skin.
Here comes the fun part, the RADIO FREQUENCY SKIN REJUVENATING TREATMENT!
A face ampoule and cream is applied and the treatment begins! This treatment helps to make the collagen more active, and helps blood circulation. AND it also helps reduce dark circles!
Once that is done, the therapist gently massages the face, assisting in blood circulation.
Then its on to the HOT/COLD mask!
The EYE MASK helps reduce dark circles, whilst increasing blod circulation.
The FACE MASK consists of Pearl Powder + Vitamin C which has whitening properties.
After about 20 minutes, the mask is ready to be removed! This is followed by yet another gentle massage, application of eyegel and some moisturizer.

Sephora Haul
I just wanted to stock up on Amazing Concealer and an UDPP but ended up spending more than expected. Sephora is like a lil haven of temptations! You cant say NO! 
…who am i kidding! We love our makeup shopping, dont we?? 
These Amazing Cosmetic concealers are my absolute MUST HAVE! Granted they are ridonkulously priced,($42 for small, $63 for large) but Im telling you, you need the TINIEST amount to conceal. I bought two more different shades today, so I can use them on my lighter and darker toned clients.
OPI’s CATCH ME IN YOUR NET is one of the most PRETTIEST colours Ive seen EVER! Its SUPER hard to catch in a photo! you must see it in person to admire its beauty. REALLY!
I walked into Sephora and see these lovely HOTPINK, PURPLE, BLUE brushes and squeal with joy! I grabbed three must have brushes! A basic eyeshadow brush, two crease brushes, and a smaller sized powder brush.
Stocked up on Urban Decay Primer Potion. You know the funny thing abt UDPP….it DOESNT work for me! not at all!! But its brilliant on all my clients. and that can get pretty annoying because everyone raves about it but for me it never works out. Oh well, as long as my clients are happy! ♥
and then I saw it! Ive been readin abt this lovely UrbanDecay Summer of Love Nail kit and they were unpassable!
but SUPER TINY bottles! Well thats 7 bottles for $45, so if you did the math, it would be abt $6.50 per bottle. NOT worth it I know. But so pretty!

INVITE: Benefit Cosmetics Private Party
Last week I was invited to a Benefit Cosmetics Private Party.
It was merely a get together and they TOTALLY caught us off guard by making us wear aprons n cutesy hairbands at the end of the event, to DECORATE cupcakes! It was a competition! …which I won! :p
Mummy must be so proud…….or not!
They also introduced us to couple of new products, which I think are pretty darn cool.
Joyce volunteered to be the model, as one of the Benefit staff did a mini makeover whilst givin us a brief intro to certain products.
She also went on to talk abt the new “That Gal” face brightening primer. And I got intrigued by it when she said it can be reapplied through out the day, patted ON TOP of the makeup you already have on!
CUPPYCAKE time!! ……..and cutesy apron on a not-so-cutesy me!
and whats an event without a goodiebag! I also received a fullsize Dr.FeelGood and a pocket sized Benetint cuz I won ‘best decorated cupcake’ :p
